www.belgraviacentre.com – information on minoxidil hair loss treatment from The Belgravia Centre – the UK’s leading hair loss clinic. Video Rating: 4 / 5
@IMVUAshleeHunnn Treatment is not suitable for people under? the age of 16. If you are under the age of 13 it is very unlikely your hair loss is caused by androgenetic alopecia. I would advise you visit your GP.
@dbz0412 Were the? steroids for alopecia areata or something else? If so, how extensive is the condition? There is no problem with using minoxidil if you have used steroids in the past.
Minoxidil worked on my uncle like magic. I was even skeptical about it at first. He experienced slight headaches the first few days but after reducing the dosage to half a ML? twice a day, they went away. A month later, he was able to increase dosage without any side effects at all and hairs kept coming in. Pretty cool, seriously!
@xzaxx minoxidil will not grow hair in areas where hair has never grown, but it will help to prevent hair thinning and increase the density of hair that has already thinned. This can have a dramatic effect on the visual thickness of the hair.?
@xzaxx this depends on the condition that it is treating.? For some conditions minoxidil may not need to be ongoing, but for others you may need to continue using the product for as long as you wish to maintain results.
@albertwayable minoxidil is helpful for most hair loss conditions. For us to obtain a correct diagnosis you would however need to visit our London clinic for a consultation (free) or alternatively complete our online diagnostic form, which can be found on The Belgravia Centre website (click on the ‘Belgravia Worldwide’ link on the home page). The? diagnostic form will provide us with all necessary information to diagnose your condition and recommend the very best solution.
im confusing…im sufferring hairfall problem..oily hair and thinning of? hair that makes my scalp grayish and easily falls out..is this effective also..thanks
@ptom84 Minoxidil will help to clear up some conditions (e.g. Alopecia Areata) without having to continue indefinitely, but for Female Pattern? Hair Loss it is usually required to continue using the product in order to maintain hair density. Although minoxidil will not lose effectiveness over time, it is still possible that the hair could thin at a much slower rate (following initial improvements).
@kimkrisrich You are correct that minoxidil itself does not block DHT, but it is still a licensed and proven treatment for hair loss. Belgravia does however offer minoxidil formulations that contain ingredients? to help block DHT. A ‘combination’ treatment course is always advised, with another product proven and licensed to block DHT. Hair is regrown for the great majority of cases. View The Belgravia Centre’s ‘Success Stories’ for visual examples of hair regrowth, found on our website.
@therealrockondon Minoxidil can work effectively for the hairline as well as the crown. Belgravia produce an extra-strength, 12.5% cream that works exceptionally well for? a receding hairline. Type ‘receding hairline regrowth’ in Google.co.uk to find our story (usually in the number 1 spot) related to hair growth at the hairline.
