@kimkrisrich You are correct that minoxidil itself does not block DHT, but it is still a licensed and proven treatment for hair loss. Belgravia does however offer minoxidil formulations that contain ingredients? to help block DHT. @ptom84 Minoxidil will help to clear up some conditions (e.g. Alopecia Areata) without having to continue indefinitely, but for Female Pattern? Hair Loss it is usually required to continue using the product in order to maintain hair density. Although minoxidil will not lose effectiveness over time, it is still possible that the hair could thin at a much slower rate (following initial improvements).
